Should the panel separating the freezer from the refrigerator on a side by side refrigerator be hot to the touch where the doors come to rest?

Yes because the unit has mullion heaters which prevent condensation from forming and dripping on the floor.

Thank you but this is not normal I have two same refrigerators and the other one is not hot on that spot can't be normal
