I masturbate at least once every day. I think it is too much and that it has became an addiction. What do you think?

Masturbating once a day is fine. If you're doing nothing but masturbating, or it starts to affect other things in your life, then you have a problem.

I don't see a problem with pleasuring yourself once a day if it makes you happy then why not?.

If you think it's becoming an addiction- cut back. This isn't the best thing to be ADDICTED to.

I agree once a day isn't out of the ordinary for a lot of people.

However, "addiction" is more than "frequency". It is also about how you feel. If you feel like you "have to" especially at a certain time, then try changing your routine and see if that changes the "need".
