So me and my mom moved in with him and my step dad about 2 months ago. Well my step brother (Kevin) can be a complete jerk sometimes and then other times be really nice, and start getting a little too touchy.

Well when he's in a really good mood, like I said he'll get really touchy feely, and it almost seems like he's flirting with me. And sometimes he'll try to talk me into drinking with him. He's technically not even supposed to be drinking, because I don't even think he's legal yet. But I've decided that's none of my business so I won't say anything.

And when he's not on his good side, he thinks that for some reason he can tell me what to do, and if I don't do it then he gets really aggressive. Like he'll hit me, push me, kick me, and one time he's even choked me because I told him to get out of my room.

I threatened him that I would tell his dad next time he touched me, and he keeps telling me his dad will take his side over mine, and that I would ruin their marriage by telling, because obviously my mom would take my side. And I would feel really guilty if anything bad happened between her and my step dad because of me. So now I really need some advice on what you guys think I should do. Do you think my step brother was right? Whose side do you think my step dad would take? I'm really confused about all this, so I could really use someone else's opinion. Thanks
