Will a death threat from the Mother help the Father in a Custody Battle?
I have pictures of my children's Mother drinking while pregnant, drinking while she is breast feeding and letters from her to me explaining how she wants to get messed up while she states the fact that she knows she pregnant. A friend of mine was stabbed and almost died over at the mothers house while my child was present. Will any of this help me in court?
Who is the mother threatening? The father? The children?
And are there witnesses?
This is sometimes considered to be posturing (as frightening as that can be). What does the Attorney say?
The mother's drinking and erratic behavior, including the death threats are indicators that she is a poor parent. What does your lawyer say about the proof. If you don't have legal cousel, get it.

Her drinking, may or may not mean anything, drinking is not illegal and unless she is drunk and not able to care for a child I am not sure it means a lot.
Who was stabbed, why were they stabbed and who did the stabbing.
I had someone stabbed at my door last year, does not mean I am a bad parent merely means I need to move to a better housing area

If you had these for a few years, they may not be useful because it will look petty that you're only bringing it up now that you're in a custody battle. I'm not trying to discourage you; just pointing out how a judge will look at it.
Pictures of her drinking won't get you much. First, drinking is not illegal. Second, many experts agree that there is nothing wrong having a drink a few times a month while pregnant. Third, you would have to have very clear and incriminating pictures to prove that she was drinking alcohol.
Well I have messages from her on Myspace.com saying she was going to have some of her friends put me down. Well my son is 9 months old and she was pregnant with him while all these pictures surfaced. I have clear 6-9 months of her pregnancy drinking. She has told me that if I'm not in a relationship with her then I don't get to see my children. The reason why I'm asking thses questions is cause all the Attorneys I've talked to seem to be scam artists. I have court next month and would love to have some leverage going in. I fired my last attorney because he was a crook. Didn't exactly tell me the full truth regarding my kids. So any advice would greatly be appreciated.
If every Attorney you have contacted disagrees with you (which causes you to classify them as scam artists and crooks) I respectfully suggest that they are telling you facts which you don't want to hear.
These photos surfaced when she was pregnant, 9 months ago? Did you attempt to do anything about the situation at that time?
Where were you during the pregnancy? How did you find out about these pictures? And her holding a beer/wine cooler/glass of vodka up to her mouth in a picture isn't proof that she actually drank it.Quote:
