We live in a house that was built in the 1960's. It has an attached one car garage. The wall in the basement that is under the garage is seeping. It is the wall that would be the outside wall of the house, if the garage were not there, but the basement stops where the garage begins. It is a concrete brick wall and only is seeping from the front of the house to about half way to the back of the house. The seepage is coming from the bottom 1 or two bricks. Our gutters are clean and we have the added pipe on the downspouts to direct the water away from the house. Our driveway is cracked a little at the corner where the wall and the garage meet, could this be causing the seepage and if so what can be done? It isn't seeping in that just that spot, though. As I said before it is seeping from there to about halfway down the wall. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!
