I can't really remember the movie to well it was a long time since I saw it, was only once when I was a kid, "It's about a guy who get's these severe headaches, eventually turns out to be a fatal migraine, somewhere in the middle he meets this woman and eventually falls in love with her. At the end of the movie I think he is in the hospital, and that lady appears before him and I guess saves his life?".

Prologue (2006) - Plot Summary

I think the movie is called Date With An Angel. Warning... SPOILER ALERT: In this movie, an aspiring (poor) composer, who is engaged to a real rich spoiled brat, meets... an angel. She falls to Earth and breaks her wing. She can't speak, but is very beautiful and innocent. The composer guy finds her and cares for her until she can heal and return to heaven. The guy also suffers from headaches all the time. Finally he passes out from a really bad one. A stroke I think. It turns out, that the angel was actually sent to bring him to heaven but she had her accident, before she could carry out her mission. The guy was supposed to die basically. But, he wakes up in a hospital and there is the angel. She used her powers to save his life, but lost her angelic wings. She can now speak, and confesses her love for him.
