HELP!. my hair turned from dark medium brown to shiny red!. ok here is what happened I wanted my hair a little lighter like light to dark brown so my girlfriend told me to get Born Blonde hair lightner, and it turned my hair BRIGHT ORANGE, so then I put the toner on it which was (dark blonde).. the hair dye... then it turned like a brassy red... it was so ugly:( so then the next morning I stayed home from school and I went to sallys beauty supply, and the woman gave me more dark blonde hair dye, so I went home and dyed it again and now it looks like a poopy redish color!! but for some reason that color is washing out and it is turning brassy red again! And I am going out of town thusrday night... I am so embarrassed!! I want my hair to be any color dark/medium brown again.. I have dyed it 4 times already within a week... What can I do?. someone please tell me what I can do!! please

Try using a medium ash brown hair color. It will neutralize the unwanted red cast in your hair and match your original color.
