    Wanting to get pregnant
    Hey,
I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me out a bit by giving me any advice or tips on how to get pregnant sooner. Do you think that there is a point of having too much sex for becoming pregnant? *Help* please!!

You want to have sex only during the most fertile times, There are methods to determine this, get with your doctor.

There can be such a thing as "too much sex" if your partner has a low sperm count.

Schedule a pre-conception appointment with your doctor and start taking prenatal vitamins if you haven't already.

There can be an issue having too much sex even if your partner does NOT have a low sperm count.

You see, us women are born with a certain number of eggs... just the opposite with men. They make sperm on a continuous basis. However, the more you have sex, the lower the healthy sperm count. It is recommended to have sex every second or third day so that you give your man time to build up his sperm.
