So, I bought ovulation trackers and me and my fiancé are Trying to conceive and when it showed up that I was ovulating we really... yea. But we had done it a lot before and today which is now 7 days past ovulation, I've had mild cramps in my lower abdomen, kind of like period cramps but not as bad... could that be implantation?

It can take some couples up to a year to conceive...

Wait until you miss your period before you get your hopes up.

Could it be implantation?. sure, but as redhed said, you'll have to wait and see. Fingers crossed!
