I cannot download the pictures take by my fuji fine digital camera. Ditto for my Samsung camera. I installed the software for each.

What's wrong.

I was able to easily download the pictures from my kodak easy share digital camera.

I cannot find a way to contact fuji or Samsung, and am ready to abandon these $100 cameras I bought for family members as impossible to download, and go buy only ever Kodak digital cameras after that.

Is this my only recourse?

Is there any way to find out how to download these photos that we've taken?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software. I'm going to tell on myself again. I didn't read the instructions really really well so when I went to upload my Sony memory stick I didn't pay attention to the fact that I needed to put the adaptor in my Toshiba laptop memory usb. Duh! Sometimes those instructions are what we really skim and then wonder what is going. The instructions should also have a www and 800 to contact for tech support. Got to love instructions :) good luck

I did reinstall, and plugged in all the right stuff. But I didn't look for the 1-800 number. I will do that. THANK YOU.
