I'm looking for movie where the scene is mainly on the road, and it's about a blond lady that's really tormented about past scenes with a guy, she's wandering in her car.. and if I can remember it precisely she's fleeing from somewhere, consequently she has a car accident but that doesn't stop her deep thoughts. In the end when discovered that she is actually dead, and her soul will struggle with her past forever. I really don't remember if these is a movie or a episode from Twilight. Thanks in advance! :)

There is a Twilight Zone episode about a blonde woman who is driving and gets in an accident, but seems unhurt. Later a strange hitch-hiker keeps following her. Turns out that she is really dead the whole time. Here's a Wikipedia link for full story and pics.
