I am a single parent of two boys and engaged to a canandian citizen. We are looking to be married within the year and would like to know what is needed to get the ball rolling towards the relocation for myself and children from the us to canada.
What visas, other paperwork, laws, etc.

You will have to call Canadian Immigration to find out what to file and when. If you want it expedited properly and with as little hassle as possible.
