    Sole custardy of my daughter
I need to get sole custardy of my 6yr old so I can apply for a passport for her. Her father hasn't seen her or been in touch since she was 6 weeks old an I have never received any money from him for her. I do not know where he lives or how to get in touch with him. How can I get sole custardy?

You have sole custody. He has rights but he needs to go to Court to enforce them.

If you need his signature to obtain a passport you will have to contact an Attorney to search for the father, possibly by publication.

You cannot remove his parental rights, whether he pays support.

Why don't you locate him and request child support? Paying support does NOT entitle him to visitation.
