My DOP was 5th Sep. As I'm planning 2 conceive, I've continuous sex frm day 7 till date... today mrg I saw red spot in motion esp(not in urine) is this called implantation? I feel a little cramps now..

It's possible it is due to implantation... most women never see this however. It could also be simply from having sex... happens once in awhile. You'll have to wait and see what happens when your next period is due. Either test a few days before or wait and see if you are late and test at that time. Good luck!

To add to what Doula has said, it is more effective to have sex every other day as it takes a while for the man's sperm count to build back up.
