    Criminal Mischief charge
    Yes I just got a summons for criminal mischief charge section 140 (1)(b). I am guilty and have confessed to the opp. My court date is not until November 19

    What my question is that I just got a new job and need to proivide a criminal check will this charge show up on my police clearance now? Or am I OK till my court date!
    Please help I need to know

    Depends on how thorough the background check is. Since you haven't been convicted of anything yet, chances are it won't show up.
