I met a girl not that long ago which I really liked. I was wondering when you meet someone should you try to go look for them. Or if something is meant to be let fate bring her or him to you.. What do you think..

Are you thinking about movies, where certain events will bring two people together?

If you really like someone, then the natural feeling would be wanting to get to know the other person better. How can you get to know that person better if you don't talk to that person?

Is this someone that you met on the street? Or did you actually have a conversation and got the contact of this person?

If you have the person' contact, then call the person up. Don't wait for the "movie-effect", hoping that you will be thrown together by some coincidental event.

Is the girl available? Do you see her around? What do you mean when you say "go look for her"? Do you even know where to look?

I say go look for her.

You MAKE fate happen.

Don't wait around for some sign- this is real life not the movies.

You can start by using a social networking site, like Facebook. By seeing her status you'll be able to see whether she is single or not, this way you know how to approach her, romantically or in a friendly manner.
