My wife has placed a restraining order against me that prohibits me from returning to my home. I owned the house before we were married and her name is not on the house at all. Can I quit claim the house and have the new owner evict her?

Why would you do that? What you need to do is file for divorce and reclaim your property. You might even be able to file the eviction yourself. I would consult with an attorney to see what your rights are.
