    Utility pump
I am buying this small utility pump 1/2 HP clear water pump delivers 720GPH. Lift. 1"ports 110 volts just to transfer water with a garden hose.
But I wonder if it would work on my well, which does not have a pump at all.
at lease bring some water out ,maybe from 30 ft.
Or is it too small to handle that. The well did have a 1 1/2 HP sprinkler pump
but it went bad, and too expensive to replace. the suction outlet coming out of the well is 1 1/2" piping, so I would need an adapter
To reduce it to a 1" but is it worth the trouble. It would be good thing, even if it just for watering the plants. Would save me on the water bill.

Before the county put water in my area we drew our water from a 40 foot will with a 1/2 horse pump. Your pump should handle your needs nicely. Good luck, Tom
