    How do you calculate work?

Can you expand on this? What do you mean by work? Something to do with energy or light? Is there a particular Q that you have to answer?

What I can say is that there are many many formulas to find work.

    1. Work done in moving an object: W = Fd
    2. Work done across a resistance: W = QV
    3. Work done on a gas: W = P(Vf-Vi)
    4. Work done in a gravitational field: W = (GMm)/(r)
    5. Work done in an electrostatic field:

    And others..
