You cannot do something. She already has a boyfriend, and unless they break up, you should not try to tell her your feelings for her, for you it may very well hurt you. If you really feel that you are meant for her, all you can do is wait for a possible break up. Be careful, I'm not telling you to make them break up!

You may also look for a girl that is single and be on the safe side.

Of course you can do something! Forget her. Why cry over something that you can't have?

She has a BF, which means she's unavailable. Forget her. Stop crying and mooning over her.

Find someone you like that IS available.

Firstly, this girl you're mad about has a boyfriend.
I know you're upset and I know you can't stop thinking about her.
I know what it feels like, I've been there before.
Why don't you try finding other girls, other girls who are single.
So I think you should get out there and find someone else.
I mean there are LOTS of girls out there who are waiting for their perfect guy (you).
It's not worth crying over something you can't get. :)
