No cold getting through power shower, after repair.
    Hi

I had a leak in the power shower cold water supply pipe, it was on a bend just underneath the bath. I took out the bath and cut out some pipe, then replaced/rejoined it with flexible hose. Since then I have no cold supply coming through. Good eh?
Hot water works fine, I then turn off hot and leave on cold, othing, so I tried sucking through but I just get mouthfulls of the old hot. Could anyone advise?

Open the mixing valve by removing the cartridge or stem. I think you have debris in the cold inlet. Be sure your main is off before starting but once the cartdrige of stem is out cover the valve with a towel and have someone else turn the main on/off quickly to flush any more debris out.

    Hi Standards...

We don't have POWER SHOWERS in the USA... YET! I am afraid we won't be able to help much. These units simply do not assemle/disassemble like a shower valve in our part of the world.

Best to call a qualified plumber in and see what he can do.

    Sorry...
