I bought 2 GlacierBay medicine chests with oval mirror door. Both hinges squeak. What can I do to get rid of this squeak? I am reluctant to spray on a lubricant because I don't want to dameage the finish on the inside of the cabinet.

Use white Lithium Grease. Available in a small toothpaste-like tube at an autoparts store.
