What's the best way to stop excessive water leak coming from the coils inside air handler? Is this caused by plugged drainage pipe?

It could be a pluged drain line as you said.
The coil/pan assembly could also need to be cleaned.

Usually most service persons blow clear the drain line with compressed air or using nitrogen from a cylinder.
