    Removing rubber stains from furniture
My daughters furniture is cream colored without a heavy lacquered finish. How can I remove stains left by a black rubber suction cup.

You could try a rubber eraser to remove the suction cup marks.

    Hi, corball2!

You say that it's without a heavy, lacquered finish. Does it have any type of clear finish on it at all? Is it painted? You did mention a cream finish, and those types of finishes are usually achieved by the use of paints and lacquer stains that can also be used as final finishes.

If it's completely without a finish, then ues, a rubber eraser might work. The softer the eraser the better.

If we know the type of finish that might be on it, there are other methods to use to remove the marks. But, it will depend on the type of finish as to which methods would be the best and most appropriate to use.

    Thanks!
