I've been paying taxes where I live, the txes are in care of me, but property is divided to heirs,but I have remodled house, and paying taxes last 3 yrs, is their a way to get deed in my name?

One way is to have the heirs sign a Quit Claim Deed. I think you have to hire an Attorney that handles Deeds.
