Do you think there is still a chance they can have a serious relationship after that? :confused:

I ask that because there is this guy who has been liking me for like 5 yrs, but I had never gave him a chance because I always thought he was young, cute but young (now he just turned 19 & I am almost 21, I've never been into younger guys :rolleyes:).. Me & him kissed for the first time & were intimate for the first time this past weekend...

It's something that I take case by case. If you have to ask a message board what he means in a text messsage, it means that you really need to work on communication. IF you both do a lot of work on that, maybe.

Er, how can we possibly know? It depends. On a lot of things.

How mature you are, how much you like each other, how honest you are with each other...

I'd suggest for the time being that you back off and let it unfold slowly - what I do know is that too much too soon usually leads to disaster.

This is rebound relationship in the classic sense. I figure the odds are pretty low as a result. Not to mention you both jumped in the sack excedingly quick.

Instead of worrying about so far into the future, why don't you focus on the present.

Proceed with caution, because you could end up being his rebound and you might get really hurt. Feelings come naturally. So just go with the flow and see where it leads. You've only known him for a short period. Get to know each other better and enjoying the time that you spend together before getting too far ahead of yourself.
