    Junction box under panel box?
I am bringing new underground cable into an unfinished garage which is coming directly from the meterbase. The cable will come out of the ground at the garage, run up the outside of the wall for approximately 3 feet (obove the 2 high cinderblocks) and then go through the wall where it will connect to the indoor panel box. The cable will have to bend to go through the wall, then it will have to immediately bend up again to feed into the bottom of the panel box. This is an extremely sharp "S" curve. Should I and can I use a junction box to make this connection which I would mount beneath the panel box. The cable will be in conduit of course. Thank you. MMD

Bear in mind that the utility has specifics as to where wire enters and leaves a meter base. They generally also may require a conduit body.

LB's such as these are used to allow access to pull a wire. http://www.acehardwareoutlet.com/%28...aspx?SKU=33341
