How to file a discovery motion in Va
Does anyone have a sample of how to file a motion for discovery for juvenile and domestic relations court for the state of VA? Any and all information regarding how to file would be of great use. Maybe then a Judge will see just how much my ex-husband lies to keep from taking care of our children. I am not sure if he even has an attorney. So do I just send it to him?

Go to the court and ask for a subpoena for all his financial records. Then get a sheriff to serve the subpoena and collect the records.

Then get a lawyer, because no judge should accept that. If there are no records, then the IRS will get involved.
