A three prone female plug is near the washer tank not plug in. The washer reservoir tank
Does not work. Having a hard time locating were it plugs into.
Felt all around the bottom of the tank, unable to see where it goes. Possibly it
    May be for something else?

2003 toyota echo. Had been in the auto shop in June . Got hit on that front side . Maybe the plug came loose from some where.
PS. I fix it. Thanks gang. I had to doing it by feel. Traced the fluid line to the pump, and plug it in. voilą it works.

That's not the washer tank connector. I'll see if I can figure that one out.
I think your pump just crapped out if you can't hear it humming.
Has this been in a body shop recently??

Correction, yes, that's the connector for the washer pump. One wire is black, and the other wire is green.
Follow that hose leading down to the bottom of the tank. It will plug directly on top of the pump itself.
