    Dual Military Divorce
My husband and I are dual military stationed in S. Korea. We met and married here and now we are wanting to get a divorce. We never filed our certificate from the Seoul Embassy Consolate in the states and the only entity that recognizes our marrige is the Army. What do we need to do to have the marrige dissolved and how long should it take?

You need to file for divorce. If the Army recognizes the marriage, you are legally married. You do not need to register anything... if you were married in Korea, you are married in the States too.

It can take a few months to a few years, depends on where you file your divorce at. Its probably easier to wait until your DEROS and file at your next duty station.
