This Movie is about a couple who live in the future and are pregent but has there first child was born stillborn and there is a limit per family that you are only allowed one child they are fleeing the city. They get caught and are both put into prison. They are in the same prison but on different floors and the person who runs the prision is trying to get the Mother to fall in love with him by telling her that if she marries him she will be able to keep her child... that is what I can remember about the movie if someone know the name of the movie I would really appriciate it.
