GE fridge model TBX18SLB.

The fridge light goes on and off with door open. My guess a dodgy connection, but how do I get the bulb out, is it a twist, bayonet type or does it come complete with the black plastic bracket? If the latter, how does the bracket come out ? Do I need to switch the power off from the fridge while changing the bulb/bracket ?
