When I was younger (1990's) I remember watching some rollerblading movie where kids raced downhill. I think one of the kids slide underneath a car. I think I saw it on the Disney channel but I'm not sure. Does anyone know the title?

I think the movie your thinking of is called Brink I remember this movie also. I used to like it when I was little. I remember someone throwing rocks on the road while they were racing. Hope its what your looking for
