Thing was working fine, went to pull cord and it wouldn't engage, seemed loose but retracts & pulls.
Absolutely no starting... help!:(

If absolutely nothing happens as far as turning the engine over, I would say that the pawls on the flywheel are stuck in the out position. Somestimes correctable with a lubricant and a twin-bladed screwdriver.
