I just figured the Woods 2200 digital times out without instructions.

Setting time: hold clock button down while pressing top middle button for hour and top right button for minute settings.

Programming times: press program button then set minutes and hours the same way as above only you don't hold down the clock button. The manual button at the bottom lets you choose your off and on times for each of 56 possible different settings. The 56 programs each allow an off time and an on time. Example the first setting is 1, choose a time, choose on or off, there is another setting for 1 in which you choose on or off as well. If you want to use the same off and on time daily the day button allows for frequency of days settings.

Programming frequency of days cycles: while in programming mode still go to the top right 'day' button. This allows you to choose single or multiple days to apply your setting on. Choose day cycles as daily, 1 single day per week, weekends, weekdays, every 2 days etc.

    Hope this helps.
