    Three newborn kittens still joined.
One of our cats had a litter yesterday.

Three of the kittens are joined together by what looks like a placenta conduit that runs into each.

    What can we do?
Is this something the mother will take care of? Something only a Vet can deal with?
Any other info will be greatly appreciated.

It is the umbilical cord and the mother usually chews it off.

    She may be very tired.

Be sure to give her access to plenty of fluids.Keep her food and her water close to her as she won't want to travel far from her kittens.

If she is nursing and cleaning them, they should be fine.

They will dry up eventually and fall off,if she does not chew them off.

That has always been my experience with barn cats.

Very often you can call a local animal shelter or a vet and simply ask for some advice.
