I sell tools in FL
One of my big customers, sent me their credit application and credit references and ask me to open an account with at least N30 terms, specifying credit terms, limit and account number...
I asked to my bank, to the merchant services but they told me that they are not providing this type of service!!
Who should I ask to?

I'm confused over what you are attempting to do. It sounds like you have a customer that you want to extend 30 day credit to, rather than them paying you cash immediately. You're allowed to do that. Why does your bank have any say in the matter? If you want to allow your customer to wait 30 days before paying, you can let them do that. You need to determine if your cash flow will allow for this, and also of course check their credit if you feel that's necessary, but that's your decision.
