    hiya my My moniter won't change from 640x480 and I have just reinstalled my vga card drivers but it still won't work I really don't know why so if you can help please do

    They must not be the correct drivers for that card. Do you know the exact make and model of your video card?

    No due to its not my PC and Microsoft sent me the drivers

    By the look of things it is a S3 ViGE (DX/GX) 385PCI VGA CARD DRIVER

    That is a very old card.

    I know I only have th 95 driver not xp or 7

    The cards is so old there will never be drivers for XP or 7.

    just tried it on my laptop and its still really big at 640X480

    Your laptop would have a totally different video card/chipset.

    I know but the 640X480 won't slide on my windows seven and I know I have all the drivers as I have just installed it

    Laptop is a 2 core intell 2gig ram 500gig hdd

    But the laptop has a diff video chipset. Find out what that is and see if they have updated drivers. Anyone running Win7 runs the risk of not having drivers that match some of their devices; it's the same with any pre-release of a new OS.

    The drivers u said don't work all I get is error codes

    Kind of expected that with your Win7 install. But they would great in Win95! :)
