My boyfriend is currently in jail in traverse city mi his out date is sept.23 and he is on probation in allegan county and ottawa county he had holds on him from both counties. Ottawa already came and got him and he has been sentenced he is eligible for a treatment center but he still has a hold on him in allegan county how long do they have before they have to come get him...

If he has to do time in each of those other counties they come get him the day he is released from the other county.
So likely on Sept. 23 Allegan county will come get him and he will do his time there. Then the day they release him Ottawa county can come get him from there.

My husband has a probation volation but he has a release date will he be getting out on that day?
