I have a computer I want to either donate or recycle but no longer have internet service on it and need to clean the hard drive, therefore can't download a disk wiping program to do that, so what can I do except delete files myself? Understand that doesn't completely get rid of the information? Can I download the program on the computer I use and burn it to a CD or save it to a USB jump drive? Hope someone can help.
