    Broken friendship
So to begin with there was a guy that when I used to see him in my heart I would say wow that guy looks great but he never talked to me. Then last time we were at the beach and he began to talk to me and tease me. After he found me on the web and then I gave him my Yahoo address and he added me.

We met two times after that both with our friends [not as dating just trying to get to know each other]. Then last time we met he told me to come with me till I reach my house so that he would make sure that I arrived safely.

Then he came with me but I told him a lot of times to turn back because he has a long way to go back to his home but he said that he didn't mind. [I was afraid that my mother would get angry because she thought I was with my girlfriends].

He asked me if my parents mind because he came with me back home but I was shy to tell him yes so I said no. Then as we were nearly in my street I told him to turn back and he said "No, it's ok, just a few paces left" but I insisted about him turning back and he then said OK and went back.

From that he has decreased the contact with me and it's like everything is broken. Any advice how to put things back again?
PLEASE help me as I'm very sad and thanks for all those who would =)

It does sound that he likes you,and was concerned that you got home OK.

How long has it been since he contacted you?

And could you say what ages you both are... it helps with any advice you may receive from others also.

Perhaps he thinks you are not interested in him?

Going by your post I'm assuming your not allowed date.

How about arranging going out with a group of friends and inviting him too?

I'm am not saying that you lie to your parents,be honset and let them know it will be a mixed group... dont betray their trust in you.

It can be that he thinks that.

I never talked about dating with my parents but I have dated behind their backs.

I don't know how to put it to him to go out with a group because I doubt it that he still likes me as he is not talking to me like before.

Gather up a few friends and just be casual about it... 'were all going bowling Friday ,do you want to come'?

Being with friends will take the pressure off both of you,and you inviting him will let him know you like him.

That's the way I would see it... im not a 16 year old boy.

If he says no,then you have your answer and you won't have to worry about it..

Gather up friends meaning all girls or some boys as well?

If he says no he doesn't like me eh?

On top of what redhead said, it wouldn't hurt to be honest with him about why you told him to turn around. I would think he would understand if you explained the situation.

Yes,boys and girls... if he says no, then you know he was just not that into you.

I know that sounds harsh, but look at it this way,you won't waste any more time wondering 'what if'..

Your young,I guarantee you will meet lots of boys, and some will make you happy, and others will break your heart, but remember, you won't take crap from any boy,you won't settle for someone who disrespects you and you won't waste time crying over a guy when you can go out and have fun with your friends.

I think if I tell him the real reason it will turn him off.

Yeah I'll ask him but I'm afraid he will say no. I can't understand boys... today they tell you that they miss you because you are so far away and the next day they behave like you never existed!
