Got a error message " reinstall snmaster.idx ." Where can I get that file?

Go to add/remove program and uninstall All AOL software
-now go to windows explorer and delete AOL folders (usually in c:\program files\aol)

Reinstall AOL and should be all OK now

Basically, need to reinstall AOL
