Parent Pick up & Drop off.
I am the father and I currently have visitation of my 3 year old.

I have a court order that says exchanges of the child should be curbside at the receiving parents resdidence. In there it doesn't specify if the exchange is to be between parent to parent only. The other party is trying to have me drop off our child at the parents residence, but leave her with her grandmother.
    Is this okay?

I am dealing with a very irrational mother who does not want me around our child because she is jealous at the fact that I moved on and am married with another child of my own. I don't want to leave our child with her grandmother and have the mother say I dropped our child off when she (the mother) was not home.

    Is this exceptable?
    Advice for future please.

If you are not comfortable with that kind of arrangement by all means bring this up to your attorney and take her back to Court if necessary.
