No, not in a safe way. It is usually 2 or 3 pounds a week on the safe side with regular dieting and acitivity level.

Hi, try the cabbage soup diet. Just Google it to get the diet. They claim you can lose up to 15 pounds in a week. Then for the rest of the time, eat healthy meals and stop eating at 4:30pm. This is a great diet I have tried.
I am not a professional by any means but I understand wanting to get rid of some extra baggage quick. Probably good to consult with a doc first since it is kind of drastic.
