Do you have a sample response to a foreclosure lawsuit that I can use to answer the foreclosure notice?

Have you spoken personally with the mortgage company? I recently did that with the aid of a foreclosure specialist who is with a community action agency. The mortgage company is willing to work with me in order to help me.

If you're in the U.S. there is something about an Obama plan for which you might qualify. I qualify for it, perhaps you might too? The person from the community action agency also helped me to write a hardship letter.

I don't know exactly where you're at in the foreclosure process, but if you communicate over the phone with a mortgage company, they'll probably be willing to work with you.
