I am a USA Citizen and my friend is visiting USA with a tourist visa. We would like to visit Canada before her USA visit ends. Will there be any complication for my friend?

Not with the USCIS, but you need to check with Immigration Canada for requirements to entry, as your friend may need a visa. Have fun!
