Immigration Law - divorce before a citizen
    Question
Сan I stay in the USA after divorce if I was in marriage on the citizen of the USA for 1 year, (he has brought me in USA by the visa of the bride) or immigration check will send me home? I have green card now, but I am not a citizen. I live in the USA only for 1 year.

    ANSWER

If you are now a permanent resident (with 10 years greencard), you are safe.

    NEW Question
I do not understand about -" with 10 years greencard"
    I have in my card-
    Card expires 01/23/11
    Resident since 01/23/09
Is it a mean only for 2 years green card? Is it a mean I am not safe?

Your status is "conditional" so you need to file I-751 jointly to remove this condition. In short, the divorce will jeopardize your status unless you have enough evidence to prove that 1) you entered marriage in good faith, and 2) you are victim of domestic abuse.

You need an experienced immigration attorney...
