Im being accused by my employer of taking money wich I didn't take .Now I just received a complaint summons what can I do.

Get a good Attorney.

If you are questioned by police, don't tell them anything without your lawyer present, it is unfortunately legal for police to lie to get you to confess or to twist innocent statements to make you look guilty. Also, don't give permission for any searches without a warrant.

He's received a summons and complaint - this is more about recovering the money than pressing charges (as I read it). Looks like the Police involvement was some time ago if it's proceeded to this!
