Hi, All!
The title of my question is my question.
Further, does ingesting substances like fruit pectin, Certo, etc. really help with joint mobility, arthritis, etc.

Any takers here? I hate to "bump" my question, but no one has responded, and it's been a number of days now.
Thanks!

Hi, amicon!
I had forgotten that I'd even posted this thread! Thanks for responding! I got the information about the fruit pectin years ago from a registered nurse who took care of my mother.
She also ran a small retirement home where she took care of a number of elderly people. That's where my mother was.
Thanks!
Lol you re welcome.
Hey, this is interesting! I just realized that amicon is Monica scrambled! Pretty clever there, Monica! :)
Thanks!
I've never heard of pectin being good for joints but I've heard a lot of positive things about glucosamine (sp?), especially for the knees. My aunt has been having knee problems for a while now and had surgery a while back. She drinks something called "joint juice" now and between that and physical therapy her knee is much better. I also had a customer the other day telling me about how the joint support supplement has really helped her knees. Both products have glucosamine in it as the main ingredient. Emergen-c also makes a glucosamine drink mix. So it seems like there's plenty of easy ways to take it if you feel like trying it out. Can't say I've had any joint problems so this is all second hand info but I hope it's helpful.
Hi, justcurious55!
