Wondering if it is transformer or motor. Transformer(C340041P01) it hot to the touch. Can hear a hum. Tried to spin fan to see if it would kick on and no luck. Fan seems to turn easily. Any ideas?

Is there something on the inside or the cover/door thattell you what the 1 blink is the code for,, I will go as far to tell you most led lights don`t blink or do anything if the transformer is bad,, that is where they get the power to burn or blink
